- What is the printing process you use for your customized canvas children's growth charts, name signs, wall murals and PEEL & PLAY sets?
The Process: Giclee' canvas prints are created typically using professional 8-Color to 12-Color ink-jet printers. These modern technology printers are capable of producing incredibly detailed prints for both the fine art and photographic markets.
The Advantages: Giclee' canvas prints are advantageous to artists who do not find it feasible to mass produce their work, but want to reproduce their art as needed, or on-demand. Another tremendous advantage of giclee printing is that digital images can be reproduced to almost any size and onto various media, giving the artist the ability to customize prints for a specific client.
The Quality: The extremely high quality giclee' canvas print is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.
- How do I care for my customized canvas children's growth chart, name sign, wall mural or PEEL & PLAY wall set?
Because our printing process is permanent, the ink will not run, fade, or peel. Our artwork can be wiped clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and should they wrinkle, the backside of our canvas name signs, growth charts or wall murals may be ironed on a low setting with light steam. Our wall art can be rolled and unrolled without incident. Any permanent marker may be used to write measurements or childhood memories on our customized growth charts (we recommend writing on the back of the chart to preserve the detail on the front). Our PEEL & PLAY wall play sets will not rip or tear and the adhesive will remain sticky for up to 6 years (according to material manufacturer).
- How do I hang my customized canvas children's growth chart, door sign or wall mural?
Our growth charts start at 12" so they need to be hung 1 foot from the floor. Our charts, name signs and wall murals come with 4 velcro dots with which you can attach your art to the wall securely, without any damage. Our artwork can also be grometted and hung via decorative nail or ribbon (not included) or framed.
- Does Mona MELisa Designs create custom order growth charts, name signs or artwork?
Our custom order work availibility is based on our current workload. We do offer this service periodically throughout the calendar year. Please contact our artist to find out if custom orders are available for a specific date or time. - Does Mona MELisa Designs sell products at wholesale?

- How is my order shipped?
Mona MELisa Designs uses the US Post Office to ship all orders within the continental US. When your shipping label is printed, you will receive a confirmation/tracking number via email. Because of the customized nature of our products, items will be shipped within 14 business days from order date.
- What is Your Security and Returns Policy?
Mona MELisa Designs unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products, as they are made-to-order. All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. We will not accept item returns without prior authorization. Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or cancelled during processing.
Damages
From time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at orders@monamelisadesigns.com or call us at (877) 276-8794. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement
Canceling an Order
Orders are processed as they are received - on the same day. You must cancel an order or make any changes to the order by the end of the business day that you placed the order. If items are in stock, we ship the very next morning after an order was placed. For example, if you place an order at 11am EST, you have until 5pm EST to cancel the order - if not, it will be shipped and your order is subject to our return policy.
Security and Privacy
We value your privacy! All info submitted to Mona MELisa Designs is kept confidential. No personal information is shared, sold or distributed. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any info sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The info is unreadable if anyone tries to intercept it.
